MOQ is 10 pieces for retail and small orders. Mixed sizes and colours can be combined in one order, so a first trial run of 10 pieces is a practical way to test the market.

Yes. Standard samples are free. If you need a custom design, the custom fee can be deducted against your bulk order. Samples are produced in 3–5 days.

Based on the 45 cm size: one carton measures 47 × 47 × 40 cm and holds 50 pcs, with a gross weight of approximately 20 kg. The steel frame folds flat, so several shades pack into one compact export carton — this saves shipping volume and lowers your freight cost per unit. Custom packaging is available on request.

Yes. Send us a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we will dye the linen to match. Logo and pattern printing on the shade, plus branded packaging, are both available — please send artwork in vector format. Standard colour is natural.

Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment; other terms can be discussed. Bulk production takes about 20–25 days after deposit and artwork approval, and we send batch photos for your approval before shipping.

Yes. We handle the shipping documentation and guarantee replacement or refund for any items damaged in transit. Report any issue with photos within 15 days of arrival and we will resolve it directly with you.
