What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 10 pieces for retail and small orders. Mixed sizes and colours can be combined in one order, so a first trial run of 10 pieces is a practical way to test the market.
Can I see a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We build a sample in 3–5 days so you can approve the material, colour and size before you commit to a bulk run.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production takes 20–25 days after deposit, with three-stage inspection: incoming materials, in-production and pre-shipment.
How are the lanterns packed for shipping?
Based on the 45 cm size: one carton measures 47 × 47 × 40 cm and holds 50 pcs, with a gross weight of approximately 20 kg. The steel frame folds flat, so shipping volume and freight cost per unit drop sharply.
How soon will I get a reply?
